About the Event
David Houston:
Long recognized and respected by his peers as one of the scene's most talented songwriters, David Houston started penning tunes in his teens. Influenced by the likes of Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen and Lennon and McCartney, Houston's own songs are delicate and dark, moody and literate. "It's the human condition, to live a life of regret," broods Houston on "The Human Condition."

Since 2017, the NATALIE CORTEZ BAND's live shows have been a potent mix of her classic songs from "The Ultra-Violets" (1994-2001) and newer material that crunches power-pop and post-punk together with the jangle, chime and lyrical melodies that earned Natalie SAMMIE "Hall Of Fame" status in 2000.
